We are fully licensed and equipped to provide private money lending directly. If your property or investment opportunity is located in a green state, you can access all of Mercays Capital’s funding solutions and personalized advisory services.

Blue States

While we do not lend directly in these states, we are proud to offer you referral support. If you’re located in a blue state, our team will leverage our trusted network to connect you with reputable lending partners who specialize in your area and investment needs—ensuring you still receive the guidance and expertise you deserve.

Grey States

Currently, we are unable to conduct any lending or referral business in these regions due to regulatory restrictions. We encourage investors in grey states to check back as our service areas may expand in the future.
